Intersurplus has several but if you want new the savage stevens 301 and the rossi tuffy might suit your needs

840 cooey is 3” and can be had on the cheap but they don’t fold down into a back packet snd I think a BP folder is what the OP is looking for.
I think something with an easily removable forend that comes apart into 3 pieces is much more packable than a folding gun. Yes, folding gun is quicker to get into action, but if that's a real concern why put it in the bag in the first place? At that point you should be carrying it in hand.

Okay well nothing is quick to get into action from your pack.
What is the intended purpose then? Grouse? Being 410 i assume it's not for bear defense?
I recommend if your looking for a folder is the Yildiz TK 36, but they seemed to have dried up.
Also if you can find it, though it will be hard, the Beretta folding single shots. Its been a long while since I've seen them, and they command a bit of a premium in comparison to other single barrels.

There's something to be said about just having the gun ride along in a scabbard attached to you favorite pack.
Well for quick deployment out of a backpack .... nothing beats the Shockwave 410.
Rides in a scabbard and is pulled out easily and quickly .... But it is not a fold down .... It is short enough to fit into a backpack/scabbard.
Together with an Eberlestock backpack that has an integrated scabbard ..... that combo is slick. You don't even have to take off your backpack. Reach over your head ... pull out the gun ... load and shoot .... or rack and shoot if your are carrying it loaded (chamber empty).
But I would go with the 12ga version Tac-14 .....

Lets all hope that this government will see the light and let us carry a double barrel 410 derringer along with our long rifle of choice for the occasional grouse.
Until then, i just cant get around how sweet the Cooey 84’s are. All those turkish options are about the same and having handled a few, I would certainly pass.
Unless u are legit skeet shooting and your interest in a 410 isnt mostly for grouse, get a cooey and have it cut to 18”.
I did that with a 12ga and run several gauge adapters including 410. 20ga, 9mm, and 22LR.
Its a sweet rig.
Well, if you want to go the Shockwave/Tac-14 route ..... then I suggest you watch these videos from Brobee223. They contain some very good and pertinent information .... and from real experience with those guns.
The information that Brobee2233 presents mirrors my experience with the Tac-14 .....
