Anarchy Outdoors CZ .22 Magazine extensions... What am I doing wrong?

I bought three of these, I have one 10 shot steel mag and two of the plastic ones. Installation of the plastic ones went perfectly well, with the Metal one I had to do a very slight trim of the back of the extension, and it fit perfectly as well.

I still can only get get 10 rounds into the magazines. Any idea as to what my screw-up is, and how to fix it?

Didja take off the OEM base plate ? Just kidding. The Anarchy site has an install video. Did you watch that ?

I never had any luck with the Anarchy ones. Could get 11 but 12 was really pushing it.
Then, dropped mag one day and broke extension. Messaged AA and their so called "lifetime guarantee" is useless.
Wanted parts sent in which costs more to send to Utah than the part is worth.

I ended up switching to MK Machine and they work great and look and feel a much better product.
