Anyone have problems ordering from Tenda Canada?

My most recent experience:

I placed an order last night at 7:48PM Pacific Time and received email and CC confirmation and receipt immediately.
Received a tracking number 9:06AM Pacific Time.

They're not always that quick, but I've never had to wait more than two or three days for an order to complete. Also, the only time I contacted Tenda (in the evening as usual)I I received a replay the next afternoon. I'm completely happy with their service.

I do like Tenda. I've spent a ton of money with them, but communication is by far the weakest part of their operation.

Ya they are great to buy from as I have bought lots from them too over the years
Your spot on with how their communications are
I have an issue with a shotgun that they imported and they will not get back to me on how to resolve the issue so I am quite disappointed in them at the moment
I think I’ve figured out how to get the gun fixed though so hopefully it works out
 
I made an order yesterday afternoon for some bullets and primers, got an email today saying my order had been completed and then about 30min later I got an Canada Post email saying that my parcel had been picked up and the estimated delivery day is tomorrow (I'm in London). I don't think you can get better service than that. I have always had great service from them.
 
I just got a bit panicked when I couldn't log in and see my order and nobody would answer the phone. They did email me back quite quickly and were unsure why I can't log in.
Order shipped within a couple days, price was fantastic. As long as my order arrives in proper shape I'm very happy.

Never have and has always been a good experience purchasing and receiving items from Tenda. For many many years ... I shop around + get the best deals ...
