160 acres Private Hunting

I have 160 acres 1/4 section that I am setting up for resident hunters, 70 acres Alfalfa creek runs thru the quarter.
Nice cabin, Blinds 1 heated, Great Whitetail hunting also Elk and a few Moose.
This would be for Alberta resident hunters.
Just wondering if there is any interest in this ?

This is in North Western Alberta
I am thinking of renting the cabin with access, have to work out some of the details.
The cabin sits on the bank of the creek with deck.
There are a couple pictures of the cabin in some of my Trapline posts.
There is a hanging station with winch, 100 meter sight in area, may include a skeet area.
Also very close to green zone to the south and west. Cabin has sleeping room, kitchen and living room, wood heat , outdoor kitchen etc.

He didn’t say he was charging for hunting, he is offering the cabin for rent which includes permission to hunt.

South of the cabin on crown land is a great Blackbear area.
There are Grizzlies and a few Black's right at the cabin

How is that a liberal point? It’s a valid question. And making it illegal to charge for hunting access is an important part of maintaining Canadian hunting culture for everyone. Wildlife shouldn’t be an economic commodity.

Are you looking for a long term rental agreement, or a month to month kinda thing?

It's not charging for hunting,
I would like to make it so people can come and stay at a nice remote cabin with alot of options to enjoy the great outdoors.
Crown land is within a few miles, hike in waterfalls a few miles away.
No it wouldn't be long term maybe a week max.

I'm hoping to make it a 4 season place .
