How do i leave a trader rating?

So I have completed my first acquisition here(Hooray!), and I was wondering where can I find the portal to leave rating for the seller.
Trying to follow instruction here (https://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/threads/how-to-use-trader-rating.632191/), but I did not see the link as described.
Do I have to dance rectilinearlly under the once-in-a-blue-moon while waving my hand to enable the option, or I'll simply need to wait a bit until the post is removed and option will pop up eventually?

Click on the seller's name. Add feedback.

Tap their name, then tap add feedback in that dropdown menu then you have options of buyer seller etc…

A: A member who doesn't have any trading feedback cannot leave feedback to others. Once a member has received the first positive feedback, the system will determine if level 2 access can be enabled. If the member is eligible for level 2 access, it will be enabled when the member log back in again. If a member can post and create ad, he/she can also leave trading feedback.
