Hi, I was interested in the Citadel Levtac-92 Large Loop in .357 MAG. I was wondering if anybody with this rifle could share there experience with it. I was hoping to find out if it is reliable and accurate. Also, if anyone has had any issues, how was the warranty process for you.

I have one and like it. Works great with my 38 Special and 357 handloads. Not a fan of the rear sight (can't go low enough) so I first put on a scout scope (not a fan) and then replaced that with a red dot.

No issues.

Would recommend - it's shorter and lighter than my 357 Henry lever. I've taken the 45 Colt version deer hunting in Michigan (rather shoot a deer with 45 Colt +P vs 357 Mag, but that's just me).

YMMV

I know you asked about 357, and I can't speak to that, but I have the 44mag version. Put a couple hundred rounds through it with zero issues. Other than having to tighten the handguard screws and a small dab of loctite on them. They are made in the same factory as the Rossi R92 which when it comes to lever guns have a fairly good name

I have one and it has seen a fair amount of rounds. The only issues I have had is it some times struggles with .38 LRN, so I avoid using that ammo in this gun. It is well build and reliable but needs some smoothing out once you receive it. I just oiled it up and sat on the couch and cycled the action a few hundred times.

The Citadel is a Rossi R92 with a bunch of TAC accessories installed.

I have a Rossi that has basically all the same parts as the Citadel and then a few more. My Rossi has consumed the better part of 900-1000 rds and been very reliable. I cleaned the thing once somewhere in the middle of its round count and the thing just continues to function. The only time I have trouble with it is when I slow cycle the thing to try to capture the ejected case. That is entirely my bad but it ejects cases to the moon when cycled properly.

I exclusively load 38 Sp but I seat the bullets long, like a 357 length round. I've used some really nasty full wadcutter bullets in it and even they cycle reliably when loaded long.

The R92 is a very rugged, svelte and handy package that can belt out a bunch of rounds very rapidly.

I ended up getting one and so far it has been a very fun gun. It took a couple rounds for the loading gate to easy up a little bit but, after a couple of rounds it was noticeably easier. If anyone is wondering I would recommend the gun. I cant say anything about longevity because I've only shot about 100 rounds so far.

I have close to 1000 rds through my R92 and it has been very reliable. I've cleaned it once many hundreds of rounds ago and it just seems to keep working.

I am looking at upgrading the buttstock but, cant find on under $400.
I don't really like the look of the space cowboy stocks so I just added an inexpensive cheek saddle.

Basically this bad boy which I found on Amazon for like $30 or so.

I also found the OEM buttpad to be too long and too sticky, so I got a harder/smoother and thinner pad and installed that. It made a big difference in ease of shouldering the rifle.
