An AR10 bufer spring has insufficient spring rate to keep the bolt in battery. You must use the MRA Renegade/Mavrerick buffer spring in conjunction with a spacer in the buffer tube in order to use a rifle length buffer tube.

If those videos confuse people they probably shouldn't be using firearms or even using pointy objects without supervision. They seem pretty clear to me.....
