Recommend a good laser bore sighter

I use one I got at Cabelas15+ years ago, still works fine. Now there are the 'same type' on A-zon for about $40. Mine I use in the evening to sight in at about 25 yds (my back yard). That get me on paper at 50, sometimes at 100, then I fine tune from there. It'll save a few shots = $$ these days. That's all they're meant for / good for, but more accurate than 'bore-sighting' IMO.

I have had a site lite sl-500 for years now its freakin sweet its a green laser and is extremely accurate it comes with its own ballistics calculator program that you can print out a target with the laser position and bullseye from boresight at 8 yards to whatever you want to actually zero it at so I have zeroed at actual 200 yards with the laser then shot and been bang on
Bit on the pricey side but its not the cheesy ones that kinda work

Where did you purchase? .....I don't see any Canadian dealers.

no laser bore sighter I know of is worth the money

I used to have bore sighters for rifles and now they just collect dust, not required.

With the rifle sitting well supported (bags etc) and pointing approximately at the target remove the bolt and look down the bore, move the rifle to where it is centred on the target through the bore and then without physically moving anything adjust the dials on the scope until they are centred on the target too.

Should be good enough to get you on paper, then you can make another similar adjustment and in theory by the second or third shot you should be bang on.

Of course if you find a laser easier then so be it.

Yep, used the same for years. Not perfect, but gets the job done.
