New! Semi-Auto .223 Chimera Rifle! - More coming in a couple weeks!

God it's so fkn ugly. If going for hunting rifle profile at least make it out of beaver barf...
Or make it available action only so people can slap on a tacticoolaid on it...

I'll probably start saving up my changes for one anyway

Nobody has asked the question that ALL .223 rifles gets asked…. Can I shoot the PMC xtac green tip 5.56 through it??

Sorry, someone had to do it.
Quick search gave me 7 pages of this question on here , you will find lots of opinions for both yes and no as victory ridge pointed out, the other question would be can you shoot it at your range? You have to ask them yourself but in general it is not allowed at indoor ranges due to the chance of hitting the carriers but generally acceptable at most outdoor ranges. Something to find out before purchasing a large quantity of the green tips as I have known guys to buy a case and then have to sell it due to the indoor ranges saying no way.

Anyone know if all these Turkish rifles are made by the same manufacturer? Akdas, citadel, Chimera. They all seem pretty similar
Possible, but I don't think so. They're not that similar. Gas systems and design are different. It's more likely it's a bunch of different companies getting parts from the same couple suppliers and creating their own versions.

Any chance of this model with the "scary" chassis being imported?

Most people ask because this model came out in Australia first, so when you Google rifle name review.

All the reviewers talk about the push button semi.

Anyways even a push button rifle, would be considered semi automatic based on the Criminal code definition.
If anything part of the reloading cycle is completed after the discharge of a cartridge, like say extracting a case. It would be semi automatic

"Wtf are you talking about? That wouldn't be a semi auto. Never heard of such cuckery."

That's the Australian version of this rifle.
(They aren't allowed semi-auto rifles)

That Australian version of the rifle is what you will see in most youtube videos.
But the Canadian version is just a regular semi-auto.
