Hello everyone
I am new on this forum. I just bought myself a Tikka T3X CTR Multicam 6.5 CRMR PICA 20” mounted with a Burris Signature HD 5-25x50 mm 6.5 CM Illuminated FFP. I also add a muzzle break Precision Armament Hypertap 6.5 mm. I will it mostly for deer hunting.
Question is: What are you thinking about it?

This sounds like a good setup for field hunting or from a blind. You'd have to get a second rifle setup for hunting at close range unless that's not in the plan. Enjoy your hunt and nice rig.

Here’s a couple options to add a picture, hope that works!

Make sure the hearing protection is in with that brake on! :) Great looking rifle, and definitely up to the task. Tikkas are awesome.

Nice gun. If you are hunting in Eastern/Central Canada, you may find you have too much scope. Typical shots are less than 100 y in tight bush, so a low power scope allows easier target acquisition/following, particularly in low light.

Nice rifle but as others have pointed out, that's a lot of scope for a deer rifle. A Boomer Fudd Leupold 3-9x40 would work better for the intended purpose. I use 2.5-8s on my deer rifles.
