Hello all, I am looking of the best shop to purchase a complete 22lr PRS build. Rifle, Chassis, Rings, Scope etc. When I say best I mean they specialize in this and can help me decide what the best setup for myself will be. TIA. Also open to all advice here as well.

I would talk to GoBigTactical, or Reliable Gun. If you want to talk to a store.
IMHO, the best way to go about this, go to some local matches, see what people are using, 100% people will be happy to share their thoughts on their gear, maybe let you try.
Gunsmoke makes great builds based on cz457.
There is a wide variety of actions, barrels, etc. Unless you see the actual stuff, its all theoretical.

Id give Harley a call at Insite Arms. He builds great shooting firearms and sells most PRS related top end articles from chassis ,stocks, optics, rail, rings and all the bags, pods and whatever. Hes a skilled shooter as well.

Before spending big $ on a new hobby, I'd sure would want to see/handle what's out there.

Good idea for sure. Could save you a lot of coin instead of blindly buying and having to sell / trade for something else when you find its not what you figured.

Once you have a feel for what you need its pretty easy to piece it all together yourself (and a cool thing to do - like adult Lego), possibly the action and barrel might be an issue but everything else is straight forward.

I am kinda thinking of something along these lines too. Until a week ago it would have been built on a CZ457 platform but now I am looking at other options (Ultimatum Deuce or Rim X etc etc), wont deal with traitors on principal.

Starting to think this is a blessing as the rifle would then be similar feel to my centre fire rifles (same triggers etc) so that is a plus.

Would have to think about chassis (I already have a couple on full sized guns which I like), barrel length and twist rate.

instite arms is a super over priced shop, they also dont specialize in rimfire.

id recommend staying away from insite and EM precision.

Where you can find the best grades and hopefully, a few lots to test of Lapua, Eley and/or RWS

With rimfire, the ammo will decide your outcome.

WRT to builders, ask who will guarantee 100% function under harsh competition conditions and high rd counts between cleanings. Then go to larger matches and ask shooters who use said gear, how their gear fares under typical match useage. Observe what gear works... and which gear doesn't

the game has had enough time to develop that getting a rifle to group well isn't hard nor a big mystery. Rifles that are plenty capable can come from the factory that way, or receive a few upgrade parts, or be worked over by the best smiths in the biz.

I think you’ll find many on here that would disagree with your biased opinion. Anything I’ve purchased has been cheaper or the going rate as compared to other site sponsors! Top quality gunsmiths are worth every dollar for the precision work they do! I’m personally not interested in saving $100 on a new chambered barrel when I already know how mine are going to turn out from Harley. Happy thanksgiving everyone.

Darren and Joe @ Gunsmoke in Campbell River are making some awesome 457 PRS Configs . Their website sucks, but drop them a line as you will find their quality amazing. (250) 895-1085

Have you had a Rimfire built by them personally or know someone who has?

Insite used to also sponsor the timed stages at our local matches, the winner would get a new muzzle brake.

I know someone still waiting for theirs after 3 years, and there are several other people who have been ghosted by them after trying to redeem their voucher.

I choose to support good businesses, not ones who “donate” for recognition, then string the winner for months before ghosting them.

Their storefront is closed.
No sign indicated they moved anywhere.
They told me directly that the retail market is to cutthroat to compete with Cabellas etc. So, they closed the retail store to focus on the custom work. Still doing cerakote work, customization work and building full custom rifles. They're slowly getting the word out, but its tough.

They built my CZ457, and I'm really happy with it.

Just buy 'last years' rifle off one of the competitors that has upgraded... save some money and you know it will shoot. Bolts already smoothed out and they will likely even offer their D.O.P.E. and save you even more time and money with ammo!
