Most people say go with Beretta or Browning but what are some other options to keep an eye out for or models that are good. I mostly do trap and sporting

I think it really depends on what you want to spend

Remington 1100 or 11-87 are good choices and some have fixed mod barrels. Or go though the EE and see what looks interesting

if your budget is 2500$-4500$ many options it's a very personal acquisition so really the decision is yours

Specify a budget, new clays guns start at around $1500 but can go for $20000 or more. And how many rounds will you fire in a year? For high volume shooting , don't bother with the low end shotguns, they won't stand up.

If you are looking for an o/u other than Browning or Beretta I'd suggest looking at Rizzini perhaps Franchi. I'd avoid anything made in Turkey.

I think it really depends on what you want to spend

Not only price, but what fits and comes up to the shoulder best is probably the most important factor.

When the wife and I were looking for a reasonable O/U we tried a whole bunch of different makes / models till we found a reasonably priced option that worked for both of us. The biggest issue being she shoots right and I shoot left.

We ended up with a Belgian made Winchester 101 Field.

If you're on a budget you should look at the Stevens 555
I have one in 28g and it swings and shoots pretty darn good.

If you do decide to get a made in turkey shotgun make sure the brand you choose has warranty support. A brand like Canuck and hunt group for example

Thats a pretty good way to put it I found Browning mounts better then Beretta. So just find one that I like and go for it
