Rifle is a Anschutz 1761 D HB Classic, 20" Single stage trigger "Heavy"

Took the rifle down, cleaned and inspected. No issued found till the safety and trigger checks. Very noticeable creep. Kinda let down, all Anschutz's Ive owned prior broke like glass, Mind you all where 2 stage... This is a single stage... Is this movement normal? It is a little gritty, hard to view but can be felt.

Kinda let down, if this was something half the cost I wouldn't batt an eye because id just buy a better aftermarket trigger.

Thoughts?

Pretty standard procedure with any new production rifle these days - Sear & pull weight adjustment required as part of the initial set up procedure.
In these days of mass litigation, manufacturers have to protect themselves!!!
Pleased you sorted it.
