Always make a phone call to the shop rather than relying on email (604) 402-4867. Emails are easy to miss, skim, or delete, especially when someone is busy or distracted. A quick call ensures you reach a real person, get an immediate answer, and eliminate any back-and-forth delays. Sometimes the person on the other end genuinely doesn’t know the answer and should just say that, but direct communication helps clear that up faster. Since I work remotely and don’t operate in the shop, I don’t have access to that information firsthand, so it’s always better to contact the shop directly.
 
It’s a great store! Been there many times as I live in Chilliwack. It’s my go to for a good local store with good people.

The website needs work, but everytime I call or pop by, it’s too notch service!!

The Point of Sale software limits what we can do with the site, so adding new features isn’t really possible. It’s frustrating, but the system still works if you give it some patience. We know we wish we had an "in stock" filter.
