Good morning greytrvlr,

The issue Max Owner experienced was caused by a rare, temporary system glitch on our end, which has now been fixed. When this type of error occurs, our system sends a separate alert indicating that a problem occurred after the order was successfully placed.

We were able to resolve the issue with Max directly over the phone, and his payment was processed so we could ship his order immediately.

We have a total of 7 bricks left for the Super Long Range. Let me know if you have any other questions!

My experience even with technical difficulties was smooth and painless. Demetri and Josh were super gooder to deal with.
