It took a little longer than expected but ... now it's mine ... all mine.I really wish that you would have finished it by putting the Big Dot front sight on it.

Dominion Grizzly RESTRICTED with pistol grip installed
Less than 660 mm (26") OAL and therefore RESTRICTED.
You'd need an ATT to take it to the range & an ATC to use it for wilderness occupation carry & you wouldn't be able to take it on a fishing, camping trip with the pistol grip installed.

Interpretation
"restricted firearm" means
(a) a handgun that is not a prohibited firearm,
(b) a firearm that
(i) is not a prohibited firearm,
(ii) has a barrel less than 470 mm in length, and
(iii) is capable of discharging centre-fire ammunition in a semi-automatic manner,
(c) a firearm that is DESIGNED or adapted to be fired when reduced to a length of less than 660 mm by folding, telescoping or otherwise, or
(d) a firearm of any other kind that is prescribed to be a restricted firearm;
You're required to notify the CFO if you install the pistol grip as this changes the legal classification of the firearm from non-restricted to restricted.
Best to leave the stock on.
