SFRC Not Responding

Hello all. I had a shotgun that broke in half (Charles Daly 601) I spoke to SFRC, sent gun in and was told Charles Daly will replace it under warranty as it's not repairable. Well that was in June 2025 it's the end of December now. sfrc will not credit me for the replacement in order to put that money towards something they have in stock they are saying I have to wait for Turkey to send me one. Last email (Nov 27, 2025)they stated that there was 2 shipments coming and they where going to check the manifest if it wasn't there they where going to check with local retailers to see what they could do. I've even stated I'd take ammo/store credit just to get this cleared up. They take weeks to answer my emails.

What should my next steps be?

They will come along on here and respond no need to worry, the owner of SFRC is a long time member on here, it is the holiday season so be patient, Oh, and BTW, happy first post!!! and welcome aboard!
 
Patience during the holidays is a start.
Sucks for you but I'm sure it'll get resolved.
I know lots of people have had no issues with the CD shotguns but they are inexpensively mass produced and from a country far away.
I personally stay away from them for those reasons.

We repair warranty firearms for Charles Daly. If they need to be replaced then Charles Daly sends us a replacement on one of their shipments. A replacement firearm has been ordered, it just takes time for them to arrive. We can’t give you a credit, it’s not us replacing it, it’s Charles Daly. When it arrives from them it will be sent out
