I do see a TON of people using the word "grain" completely incorrectly ... as in, "what grain bullet?" Grain is a unit of weight, NOBODY would ever ask, "what pound of bullet".![]()

I might be in the TONNE (metric, but still a weight of people? But you wouldnt say "pounds of people"?) bunch of people that use it wrong.

Shooters have managed that question for over 100 years but this "what grain?" idiocy has only gained traction in the last 4 or 5 years.
Well since bullets are in grains or grams then it make sense to ask why would it be in grains?!?! Or is what weight bullet is the right formulation?
