Black friday?

My purchase of a 'one only' item was within the first couple hours of the sale, transaction processed a-okay
so I'm thinking/hoping it must be at the bottom of the pile in the shipping dept
Starting to think that responses from 'support' making promises are simple platitudes
 
Normal to wait a fair bit after these BF sales, they are doing their best.
Stock I ordered opening day of sale was shipped out next day.
2nd order I put in a day or 2 later still pending shipping, not worried, they are swamped
 
Each line item I ordered got shipped separately, so apparently it's in order of getting back to that row in the warehouse or so.
 
Has anyone ever had a factory seconds item not get shipped/backorder? The rest of my order all arrived other than my rings. Just curious how a backorder like that works, wait until they make a bad batch? Lol
 
Anyone else really really wish they could review the original BF Sale advertisement and item descriptions?
My mind is playing tricks on me it seems :(

I had to call this week to find out where the other half of my order was. The guy on the other end of the line @ MDT informed me they oversold on some blemish items during the sale. One of my items happened to fall into this category. I was told they were shipping me non-blemished parts and that they'd shipped the day before. I didn't receive a tracking number or shipping email last week though. Tonight I got a notification on my ups app that I'm expecting delivery tomorrow.
 
Emailed regarding my outstanding factory second send it level and they said it would probably ship this week, just got a UPS notification that a shipping label had been created.

I had one not shipped but shown up as backordered. Not sure if it's a backorder or cancelled.

Spoke with them last week, like other guys have mentioned, sounds like they oversold on FS stuff and are substituting them with new/retail parts, which is nice. Mine haven't shipped yet but they said "shortly"

That being said, I'm waiting on scope rings, not sure if the same would apply on a chassis or a bigger item.
 
My 2nd order arrived and still showed as processing on their website, so they are shipping out as good as they can, no complaints here.
One question related to the Ground Bipod or whatever it's officially called, is it normal that the carbon legs have play in them, or are they supposed to have some wobble? I'm coming from Harris bipods that are pretty tight so not sure.
2nd unrelated question, how the hell does it take Purolator 11 days to deliver a package from BC to Quebec, when UPS does it in 2 days?
Purolator is slower then Canada Post snail mail FFS lol.
