Cannot say that I have heard of him before,but will have to see if I can find more of his articles.

He was a gun writer and cartridge developer , passed on in 2022 I think. Most notably known for the 7STW ( Shooting Time Westerner), 358 STA , and the 7mm STE.
He was however, an accomplished shot gunner as well.
