Cheers folks. My head is beginning to hurt a bit. I'm trying to find data for loading Ramshot Grand powder and Nosler 160 Grain Partition bullets. I just need to find a safe start load. I don't care about accuracy or velocity. There's nothing published that I can find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hodgdon lists 60.5grs starting load and 66.0grs max load with Ramshot Grand and the 165gr ABLR on their data. Same charge weight span also with the 170gr Berger EOL

You'd probably want to be somewhere around 63 grains with the lighter 160gr Partition

I will be loading a few 165ABLR's too but I've got a bunch of 160 Partitions that are gathering dust and I'm breaking in a new inexpensive rifle. I haven't shot it yet.

All my previously fired and resized cases for my Browning won't chamber into the new Winchester ( Portuguese/Browning) It has very tight tolerances for such an inexpensive rifle and the barrel is exceptional quality. Completely nuts for the cost. $600 XPR with a 2.5Lbs. trigger. I have reserved high hopes it's a good shooter.
I've taken about fifty cases and shoulder bumped them so they will fit now. I was also hoping to get an OACL from published data so I could just quickly and safely load a few. I suppose I can take a bullet comparitor after loading a published oacl 165ablr and use that datum to give me the basic oacl for the partition.
Cheers
