Pistols left in a will?

When they treat you the way they have, and you're still trying to do the right thing while acknowledging "the times we currently live in"...
Do you think maybe these problems could be solved if we didn't answer to the POS parasites that are now in bed with China officially and want to steal presumably your families property?
"And I mean do you anyone actually know, not just speculation or assumption?"
Please help me understand what China has to do with gun ownership in Canada. I don't get out much.

When my Dad passed away they took his pistol, shotgun and ammo and I had to go to the PD sign papers to get that shotgun and ammo back.

Told them I wanted the slide and barrel since it's not the registered part and they said NO it has a serial number.
How did the government thugs end up going to dad's house to steal his property?
Surely you didn't call them, did you?

What pistols?
There are NO pistols.
Nobody know what uncle Alfred did with his pistols, and now he is gone.
Uncle Alfred was getting a bit... odd near the end. He kept talking about the "new world order" and other things.

We went through his belongings, and we found no handguns. Not sure what he did with them. They're just GONE.

Now, please leave us alone - we're grieving.

Email Imports@atf.gov for an answer from the people approving the import.

Unless you are sending to the buyer directly, your exports via borderview or similar will be engraved decreasing their collectability. Just fyi.

FWIW we sent a C series Colt without US property marks to the USA and it was approved but it was a direct shipment to the end user.
Was this direct shipment to an FFL or family/friends. Ty.

Yes, the RCMP b@g-lickers show up at your door and want to seize them.......:(

Happened to a family I know who just lost a loved one.

If you think a corrupt Liberal Carney/Trudeau Government is going to let one keep their lawfully owned property, think again.....:)

Carney has now latched onto the Chinese nipple, so Canada and gun ownership will be under further attacks.

I see the OIC Ban confiscation will start Monday.

There are numerous accounts of RCMP officers showing up uninvited and unannounced to the homes of recently deceased gun owners and attempting to confiscate all the guns in the house. I don't know how they find their targets, but it certainly isn't an unheard of occurrence.

odd thing is,,both the CFO and the RCMP get a notice when i PAL or RPAL holder dies,if he just renewed his license,it wont be until about 2 years after the license expires that they will show up and the last known address,,by then, these things are usually long gone,so if they want more info, they'll need to go dig up grampa to find out what he did with his restricteds,LOL.and this is from a person who actually WORKS there, there are 1000's of MISSING firearms due to death floating around, guess how many were ever used in a crime in the last 30 years,NONE,,not one,so much for gun owners being a problem,in thos missing firearms are A LOT OF old pre-restricted AK'S AND AR'S,,that were never registered when the laws changed, not to mention the 1000's of handguns that were LOST when they changed from the old green card system to computerized files,LOL.but they NEVER mention these things to the media,

Thanks, yes I'm well aware of the WOKE crowd on Gunnutz.......:(

Been warned a few times over my 18 plus years as a member.:ROFLMAO:

To be honest, I no longer care. When a gun-site host becomes Liberal B@g-lickers themselves, well it's no secret what is in store for them......:(

Many a great businesses have left Gunnutz for this same reason. It's way too WOKE now.

So if they want to ban me, fill your boots! If we live in fear of communist's, government b@g-lickers, or just idiots in general, they win and all gun owners loose.

By the way when I use an @ instead of an a, I'm really not spelling out any real word am I?......:)

I appreciate the heads up though!(y)

I think you'll find the answer soon without me telling you, because Carney did announce that you'll be getting a whole lot more Chinese cultural experiences, and with your guns being seized, I'll go ahead and say that might be one of them lol.

Probably the best response. They can't go after a dead man.
Sadly that won't work if you read the law they have extremely stiff penalties including jail terms for people who do not report guns that have been lost, stolen or in the case of a person dying being submitted to the government as per the current laws. There will be executors Etc and inheritors who will then be responsible for the guns and if the government comes looking for them and they try to pretend they don't exist they could be looking at litigation. Our only hope is to change the government which will then change the laws so that we can at least perhaps will the guns to the Next Generation. Preferably I'd like to see the laws go back to the way it was but even if we had something like previous prohib laws would be better than nothing since the next step for the government if we continue with liberals is going to be to ban all handguns as well.

that reporting law is for the actuall owner of the firearms, not the executor, how is that person supposed to know what the deceased owned, good luck trying to charge the executor for something the deceased MAY have done,

Unfortunately the “Ban all Handguns” IS what’s coming next.

They are currently removing our ability to project force, lethal if need be, out to the hundreds of meters.
Next they will remove the abity to project that force out beyond arms length.
Don’t believe it if you don’t want, but it is really their next logical step. It’s a long term process, completely taking apart a real democracy and replacing it with a “People’s Democratic” dumb-ocracy, so it’s not as perceptible to the affected citizens (victims?). The firearms that could reasonably be used to counter the state’s activities will need to be rounded up. Semi-Automatic Rifles first, Handguns second, Manually-Operated Centerfire Long Arms will be afterwards (once the FUDD Hunters feel the noose slipping under their chins there won’t be a lot of High-Firepower or Concealable Firearms left).
Then, of course, they will limit the numbers of firearms a person can legally possess to a reasonable number for hunting the species of game that you hold a license for, say 3, a shotgun, centerfire rifle, and a rimfire rifle. If someone is not a licensed hunter, a licensed Wildlife Protection person, or Brinks Car Driver-type Security Guard, they really won’t have a reason to have a gun license.
This is done in many Western European countries and Asian countries. If a person actually wants to own a gun or shoot as a leisure activity, there will be a wide variety of sub-495 fps Airguns, and if we’re really lucky manual action Rimfire Target Rifles and 9mm Flobert Rimfire Shotguns for dispatching nuisance animals.
This is the where they are planning to “engineer” us too. Many examples of this in Europe now.

The only guns that they can’t figure out what to do with are the ones they don’t know about.
This is perfectly evident in the way that they can’t do anything about the “illegal guns” coming into our country and turning the streets of Toronto or Surrey into a shooting gallery. I have quoted them as “Illegal Guns” because we like to cling to the belief that there’s still going to be such a thing as a “Legal Gun”. We might as well think of them as the “Free Guns” since all of ours seem to be “Restricted Guns”, now “Prohibited Guns”.

Remember “Registration Leads To Confiscation”

I apologize to anyone I offend with my hardened cynicism about where we’re heading but I feel so very deeply that we’re up to our eyeballs in alligators on this one.

Now that I’m in my late 50’s I have seen us lose too much, and I’m not just talking about guns. Since guns are a personal interest of mine I am bothered more than Joe-Average Canadian is, that we’re going to quickly become like a European or Asian country with our Firearms Laws. I always mentioned to people in Europe that we could own all kinds of neat guns that they couldn’t. Many people were astounded by what we could have. The only place that I’d seen anything like our firearms freedom (other than the USA of course) was in Norway. I have a cousin who had quite an extensive collection. But their ability to own all those varied firearms was destroyed by the actions of a mass-shooting maniac. The truly ironic thing about that is the maniac committed his heinous crimes to strike back at a government that he felt was changing his cherished country into something unacceptable to him. This is precisely the feeling that many of us are feeling, and our government is possibly poking a hornet’s nest now. I am a skeptic and cynic so I feel that the government knows exactly how much trouble this is brewing. They are counting on it, I think. Some of them must be disappointed when they see the next mass shooting happen in the states. They must wish that it would happen here, to justify the acceleration of their long term plan to a very short one.

Maybe that’s too suspicious and cynical but look at the damn world we’re living in, and I don’t think it’s actually so far-fetched.

Very well said Egon!.....:)

Welcome to the official country of Chinada....:( (Carnage Carney Approved!)

Endorsed by your corrupts Liberals who cheat, steal, and lie to stay in power.:cry:

And yet there are idiots who still vote these creeps in. Yes the Liberal gun owners who frequent this site.

Hello Egon,

Never apologize for seeing the truth!

The Nova Scotia mass shooting was organized by the corrupt Liberals for nothing but their gun control agenda, and political theatrics. It was endorsed by a couple of high ranking RCMP Officers. Not all of them, but enough to successfully kill 22 Canadians and the patsy who they hired and executed, all to carry out their treason against all Canadians. I wonder if the $450,000.00 they paid him is still in Lucky's garage? Or Trudy's basement? Or did Billy drink it?

Your thought process is bang on. If it offends someone, good! Maybe the sheep will wake up before the bolt gun is fired into their brains.
If anyone thinks this gun grab is anything about control to disarm all Canadian Gun Owners, they are fooling themselves. Disarm the citizens so they can become slaves. History has proven this method of tyranny over and over again. However, one cannot fix stupid or arrogance.

When they kill our son's, fathers, brothers and uncles, all the while raping our daughters, wife's, mothers, and niece's, then and only then will stupid Canadians understand what's in store. By this time it will be too late.......:(

I see that Liberal Squirrel spewing about the weapons of war (AR-15), rifles that he despises so much, yet every Police Car in Canada, and most Fish & Wildlife Officers have in their patrol vehicles to do what? Shoot us when we speak back against tyranny?

Why don't the so-called firearms lobby groups, and the Conservatives bring up these facts? Why are AR-15 rifles a weapon of mass destruction in the hands of licensed, daily vetted, law-abiding Canadian Gun Owners, yet they are a patrol carbine in the hands of law enforcement?

Twenty five years as a Police Constable and Natural Resource Officer combined has showed me that AR-15, or AR-10 rifles are a tool, no different than any tool.

Time to wake up people, do not drink the Liberal, WEF, and UN Kool-Aid!......:(
