the front hole for the magazine is in the wrong location, even after grinding parts of the reciver to allow the mags to seat, and finaly removing enough material to install a barrel.... the bullets arn't even close to lining up with the chamber to even have a chance to feed.Just curious what's wrong with it?
On a side note, over the last few months I've spent over $2600 there building a few 10/22's. They forgot to include a muzzle brake that was supposed to come with the rifle and ended up sending me it. Only other issues was I ordered a blued thread protector and got stainless. I didn't bother to try and rectify it for the $20 since I've heard of soo many issues. Glad I've had a mostly positive experience.
No soup for you! While Joe and Dlask have always offered unique parts that were often not found anywhere else but his company, I’ve had consistent experiences over the years. Bought lots of his 10/22 parts and his 870 parts years ago.
In my experience dealing with Dlask was like buying lunch from the soup Nazi from Seinfeld. You might get your order, but you better keep quiet and respond in the frame work that’s expected of you. There was never much of any customer service or even politeness, but that’s something you came to expect. You grin and bear it because he was the only game in town offering unique parts.
Not very surprised to hear any of that, but it’s too bad he’s also letting his reputation slide as a manufacturer now.

I was always under the impression Leigh was the abrasive one although I never had any trouble myselfI have been a customer of Dlask for years. Always good service when dealing going into the shop. Top notch products. I did notice that things started to nose dive a bit once Leigh left.
Shame.
the long thread might still be on CGN here. try searching either here or on Google.I dont remember this one! what happened?
I always wanted one but I have a +1 extension and side sling from S&J on my HP9-1.Oh, the irony; and for context:

Pretty much copy/paste of my experience with them.I am a new customer for him in December, I ordered some items on sale and was impressed. I am sorry to have not know about them earlier.
He was straight forward with me, and told me he was shutting down and clearing out.
So I had him build me a TD 10/22, I just received yesterday. Very happy with what I got.
Sorry to hear about any bad experiences, but mine has not been.
