Kidd Single Stage - Available With Flat Shoe?

The Kidd single stage 10/22 trigger seems to tick all my boxes but I prefer flat triggers and I cannot find any info to suggest there is a flat shoe option, the single stage trigger in question looks like this:

The two stage definitely has a flat shoe option:

My question is if these blades from the two stage fit into the single stage? I am about to email Kidd but curious if anyone has done this. I would be surprised if they are not interchangeable but it is possible.

That would be my number 2 pick and I may have to go that direction (seems the Midwest Industries chassis is fussy about which triggers it accepts)

How do you like the Timney?

Generally manufacturers make parts interchangeable (particularly non unique parts like trigger shoes) where possible to simplify and maximize profitability but I understand that doesn't always work.
 
The whole trigger group is interchangeable, as that's such a popular 10/22 upgrade, but internal bits will be much less so. Chalk it up to luck if you find anything you can bring over there.

The Timney's a very good trigger but the Kidd 2-stage is the best for deliberate slow precision target shooting. If you're doing a quick-shooting game you may want something a bit less hypersensitive to avoid getting tagged for accidental discharges. There are always good excuses for having more than one 10/22 to choose from in the safe!

Indeed. Something around the 2-3lbs mark would work for my application.

Having a flat trigger shoe seems to limit the options.
 
I can ask them about a straight option for the single stage trigger. The only straight one I have is 2 stage:
10/22 Two Stage Trigger Unit, Silver: Red Straight Trigger, 12oz / 12oz = 1.5lb, Ext Mag Release, 22 LR Hammer Spring $615.00

I have the Kidd single stage.
I also have a Brimstone flat shoe.
General use, dynamic shooting.
Both shoes are great. I like the flat shoe maybe a hair more...but not enough that i would turn down the Kidd.

I think one cdn vendor here is selling Tandemkross flat shoe drop in triggers. Not sure on current stock. I think they were in $500 range.

I rarely hear anyone regret a Kidd trigger.
Also try forum rimfirecentral.com also...lots of good info there.
