That was a great Canadian asking price. They run around $21.99 USD in the USA, so $34.99 CDN for 50 rounds is a very fair asking price.
It's unfortunate that Canada and PR cannot have these come in by the skid. They still would sell out fast. LOL......
PR has waitlists for items. If you call or email they will get you on it, and notify you when they are in stock. Was on the WSM waitlist a few years ago and picked up a handful of boxes that way.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. A few are asking $50.00 per box on Gun-Post as well. They are buying these somewhere to resell........Yuo I saw a vendor at the gun show a couple weeks ago that had them for $50 and he was selling them
I can't imagine these scalpers are making much more than $10.00 per box. One would have to have a lot of these in stock to make any money.
It probably is used as a method to draw individuals to their gun-show tables and create traffic, but who knows for sure......
The thing is if people didn't buy and sell stuff there would be no EE, once you have bought something it's yours to do what you want with it, I don't know many people that have tried to sell something at a loss the way things are going with retail prices and shortages these day's it has created a perfect environment for the buy and sell for a profit and there is always someone to buy it. It's just the way things work.

I certainly hope that any vendor having something in demand like this ammo doesn’t sell it off all in one shot to one buyer. Knowing that buyers are willing to be put on waiting lists for even a single box of rare ammo and not sharing around somewhat amongst loyal regular customers is the kind of thing that drives customers away.
