No worse than any other 18” rifle. You can only see it at night or really overcast days

No. Only rear sight and sling. People have built BM59’s on Garand receivers before. Az tech Armory has bm59 part kits but you need to make a lot of modifications to the Garand receiver and op rod

M14 Barrels will screw right onto a Garand Receivers. Then you need a donor M1 op rod and M14 op rod to weld together.
