I was being a little sarcastic as to the question of "who needs a 25 pack", it's a kind of like asking who needs 20 round mags :)

However, I have deterred quite a few black bears from entering remote work/hunting camps and sometimes it took 5 shots of double rubber ball or rubber slug to really convince them to leave. That is if you don't want to kill them. So, a 25 pack is not too far fetched...

You're 100% correct, I bought a couple of the S&B 25 pcks of rubber slugs and have made good use of them as wildlife deterrents.
