Russian SKS45 long thread.

at 169.00 they are still a good deal. Not much of a mark up from the pricing of thier chinese cousins when they hit our shores over 10 years ago for 99.00 to 129.00. SIR's deal is tempting..... but i just don't "need" another sks hehehe

Okay, I'm in! I just placed my order with SIR, and printed off my confirmation... I "Officially" blame Curtton... ha ha ha...

But... Something I noticed, you guys are talking about what number your order is... I don't see that on my confirmation sheet that they tell you to print off when you complete your order... Can someone explain?

like i said buy two , one for you and one for her ,:D , and if you are lucky , one may get a collectable so you shoot yours and collect hers , man!! she will think you are so smart when you sell hers in a few years at twice the price.:cool:

one thing for sure, even if its not a collectable , you cant lose at $170 .

You will get a letter in the mail saying items on back order & have been delayed till June .

So far that I know of you can pre order from
SIR (Winnipeg)Man
Frontier (Prince Albert)SK
Battle River Sports (Stettler)AB
Bullseye Bills (Thorsby)AB
And from these guys a bunch of smaller dealers.
It will be something if SIR honors the price,alot of the time when their backorders come in the price gets raised.

The importer is BELL distributors, although they don't sell directly to the public.
I believe that both SIR and Frontier get theirs from Bell, not sure of the other companies that RR mentioned, although I would guess so.
 
Wow, if Bell are the "middlemen", I wonder how much they paid per unit if they can sell for such a price. I'd love to know what else if anything can be expected in milsurp imports.
