$1200 USD? Yikes... could buy a good reliable Henry for that...Interesting it’s being made in the US but they plan to send 10 to a range in Canada probably Target Sports. Hopefully it gets a FRT soon to be imported as I didn’t see it yet on Armalytics, but it looks like Armalytics hasn’t been updated since November. Priced at 1200US puts it inline with the previous SA offerings.
That’s what JR said in the video as they’re being made in the states and not Canada like the other SAI products. They do take an AR trigger which I don’t think the Henry does.$1200 USD? Yikes... could buy a good reliable Henry for that...
It’s an 870 style stock I think, in the video JR mentions the possibility of a 1913 rail at the back instead so that would open up the stock options. If the barrel is at least 18.6” you could put a 1913 folder on it.Notice the traditional Backland Hunter type butt stock - seems to be the way the market is going to try to make these firearms "less scary" for those that like to be upset.
All the SAI products that were “made in Canada” were just Turkish produced parts assembled in Canada. Don’t be gullible, JR Cox has no integrity and anyone who has business dealings with him shouldn’t be held to trustworthy standards. That’s what JR said in the video as they’re being made in the states and not Canada like the other SAI products. I wonder if JR will send one of those first 10 units to Bartok5 for evaluation. As Bartok historically has done a detailed writeup on SAI products including lots of detailed pictures which I appreciate. And Bartok is also willing to answer questions or provide specific additional information or pictures if asked which I find useful.

I wonder how that would even work with a lever without a traditional style stock how would you even hold it unless it’s some type pistol grip with a 1913 rail on the back similar to this except the buffer tube would be replaced with a 1913 rail.
