Brand New to Canada: FS-PRO

Anyone have trouble removing the charging handle after getting the gas system and forend out of the way?
It's in pretty tight...which is a good thing as you don't want them to back out and get lost while shooting. Don't use pliers, try looping some paracord or something similar around it and give it a yank.
When reinstalling the inner and outer bolt pieces must be lined up properly for it be reinserted...won't go in otherwise.

Just got mine, same don't know what kind of chokes. Anyone got any clue?

Mine came pretty good , only issue was the plug for the shells won't fit in the magazine tube. It keeps popping out and jamming. Haven't shot it yet.
Yeah, plug is pretty unimpressive. I don't plan to hunt with my gun, so not an issue, but for someone that is, a better more robust piece is needed.

Well if it 'self dissembles' I guess you get a new one since they have a life time warranty. Hard warranty to beat...none of the high end brands have it. I'd be more worried about my shoulder after a full day of 3" magnums!
Sheeeit true. I believe the Benellis have a 10 year warranty, but I might be wrong

Yeah Benelli is 10 years in Canada, Beretta is 1 year, but extended to 3 years by Stoeger in Canada. I guess as long as Tactical Imports exists, we will have 'life time' warranty.
I'm more of a pistol/ rifle shooter so doubt I'll put more than 300 rounds a year through the FS Pro in any case.

Added a Vortex Crossfire red dot to my shotgun that I had on hand. I have a number of these Crossfire red dots on various rifles from .22 semi's to 45-70 levers and other 12 gauges and never had one fail. They are compact and versatile as they come with low and high bases.

Which model red dot is that

It is the Vortex Crossfire. I have 10 of them now. Vortex has a lifetime warranty. Haven't been able to kill one yet even on my 45-70 or other 12 gauge semi. Vortex just released a cheaper red dot called the Triumph which is $159.00 versus the $219.00 for the Crossfire. It also comes with high and low mounts and has the 'shake awake' on/ off feature.
Lots of other Vortex options and more specific shot gun red dots, but all quite a bit more expensive.

Who's still waiting for theirs to ship? WE ARE EAGER AND READY 🇹🇷🤟🤪🇹🇷
Few companies have Amazon like delivery times. Ordered mine late on a Thursday, got it the following week on a Saturday, although I could have picked up Friday night, so 8 days for mine and there was a stat holiday in this time period.
I'm in Alberta, so a short shipping distance as they ship from Strathmore, Alberta.

Ordered on the 18th, not shaming anybody just eager is all, I was assured my order was processed just waiting for it to ship. Yes, Amazon does spoil us with shipping expectations. I'll share my "build" once I have it, I'm cooking up some pistol grip stuff that probably won't work but I just had to find out for myself.

Have you tried the sparc 2 red dot? I see it’s on sale right now

I have a Sparc 2 on another rifle. It is fine but the tethered elevation and windige adjustment caps and tethered battery caps are a pain to get on and off. It is actually a discontinued model now by Vortex. I prefer the Crossfires actually.
Many other red dot options, but on a budget shot gun, I'm not putting a $400 plus dollar optic on it myself.

Anyone tried to take off the barrel shroud?
The screws holding the shroud came with stripped heads, just wondering whether it is a common issue.

Tactical Imports Mine came with rusted out scews for the match saver and pic rail. The hole were drilled very crudely as well. The chokes aren't named so tough to know which is which.
Match saver screws came sripped in the plastic and could not be tightened. Had to replace with small countersank bolts.

In general plastic quality is not the best, soft. Cannot complain for the price but if one already has a press setup, why not use a good plastic, the cost difference is really negligible.
