The "What Have You Reloaded Today" thread

Finished a batch of 50 38sp for my Rossi lever. Used some 158gr RN Flat Top from the old time Southwest Bullets. They work slick in that rifle.

Now at 150. I took a look at the lid on the bullet tub, actually Cactus Plains. When using 357 cases, one has to be careful on OAL. I use both 38 and 357.

Just finished loading up my 3 cases of 20 ga for my grandson's summer shooting ! Did up 7/8 oz..# 8, with some Long Shot, scooting along @ 1250 fps (book speed) I used Rem STS, Win AA-HS and a couple hundred old original AA skeet hulls !

Trying win760 powder for the first time today that I inherited.
6.5mm creedmoor berger 140 hybrid targets at 2.835 OaL with 41-42 of win760.
Using up remaining projectiles I have on hand.

I like to say “it’s the maximum that their lawyers would let them put in the book” 😇

Pressed together 50 rounds for testing of 9mm. Last year when I tested my reloads they didn't make IPSC power factor. I figured I was going to try to come up with a different recipe, but discovered something odd today when looking around online. I'm using CamPro 124gr FCPHP for the last few years for plinking. I'd been running 4.8gr of CFE Pistol (CamPro's load data says 4.6-5.0gr) and never had any issues with cycling and accuracy seemed decent. For the last few years, been loading them to 1.115". Once again, never had any issues, but found today on CamPro's website that they state a COL of 1.090". So today I loaded 4.8gr of CFE Pistol and seated the bullets to 1.094". Theoretically I should see an increase in velocity now I believe which may improve my ability to hit power factor? Insight?

30 rounds of 6.8wstrn loaded with 165 Nosler ABLR over Ramshot Grand in new ADG cases with wlrm prime. I also made a custom OACL fireform case in 270 win for a friend. Cheers

I loaded and ran 50rnds of 222 in my "new to me" cz527 yesterday.
Hornady 50gr sp, cci br, win748 and imr4198 for components.
748 was good but 4198 had excellent groups including a couple "one ragged hole"
Was -17 when I got to the range and three hrs later it was 6 degrees.
Crazy Albert's weather. Great day and love the triple deuce. First time I shot one. Impressive

If you get the chance, try H322 in your gun. You’ll really smile.

Yes, I noticed that a while back. They made a mistake on their data sheets and had the same COL for the round nosed and hollowpoint bullets. I reload the 124gr HP at 1.080" and they feed find in my Shadow's & Glocks. You should pick up ~20-30fps with the reduced effective case volume and more efficient powder burn

50 rounds of 6.5 PRC in Lapua brass with 145gr Sierra TGK.

Today 6.5mm creedmoor 147 ELD-M at 2.855 OAL with 42.5 grains N555.

Edit:
Also today 7mm rem mag 162 ELD-M at 3.24OAL and H1000 66.6 grains. Seated about as deep as possible, it’s the Hornady book length. Relatively mild loading but should still give over 2900fps. Have had good accuracy with this one before. ~1/2 moa.
