Used to purchase from Yes Group in Markham to make my own sausages for many years, my last purchase was just before Christmas 2025.

Called today phone is no longer in service and Google said it's permanently closed.

Would like to know what is your go to store / website for your sausage making needs?

Thank you in advance!

Another vote for Stuffers in Langley, BC!

They have been my "go-to" for many years. Very fast shipping and have a good inventory.

Bulk Barn for raw spice and make up your own recipes. Salt is always 6 grams per pound of meat and all other spices are 1 gram per pound of meat. Make a little something, cook it, taste it and adjust your gram of other spice slightly to your taste. I've worked in a sausage kitchen for years and its easy to do. You'll find that the best sausage is simple.

Find a nice Italian place in Toronto that makes their own sausage and are well known for quality among those who know what is good and what is crap. then say hey is the manager or owner here. and buy some of their sausage first. then ask for the manager. then pick buddies brain . then find another quality place that sells sausage then do the same thing again. someone said above buy spices at the bulk barn . all their stuff is exposed to the air. and sure you want your spices dry but you don't want it to have no flavor to it. I don't like the bulk barn . I like my spices in sealed container's and from a country that is reputable.

no crap. sure I've used chili powder from India or Pakistan but I refuse to use any stuff from China that I'm going to eat even garlic. my choice. and Fortino's sells the natural hog casings . my neighbor gave me some sausage he made many years ago and I couldn't eat it. used synthetic casings I think . like using condoms . check out Costco for spices. good luck and let us know how you did, PS take a pad of paper or google what buddy tells you so you have it saved right away . just my opinion.

Here in Sask JB's Sausage supplies is real popular. I'm sure they must have a website and you could order from there. Also, you could check with any local butcher shop, they might sell bulk seasoning mix to you.

You would think there would be unlimited supplies / suppliers in the GTA considering it’s centered around HogTown….
