I don't know if you can obtain an ATT for a firearm that isn't registered to you.. But if you don't have it.... You can't move it or posses it without the reggie owner. This is a question for the CFO if there is a work around. There could be some way to do it. But they are the authority having jurisdiction. This brings up something that I never considered. Common property between couples... Hmmm.
