What pellets are you using? Do they fit well when you insert them?

Probably a worn/dried out seal. The old ones had some leather seals. I doubt it's the spring...

Well I took it apart. The piston seal was almost non existent and crumbled. Anyone know of a Canadian source that has them in stock.

The piston seal may not be currently available in Canada. But they are available in the UK and it's easy and quick to get one. Last time I ordered a part it took less than two weeks. Costs was very reasonable.

Chambers Air Gun Spares has them in stock. Part PW043. (Shown at bottom.)
