HC Mags HC3R Rimfire Magazine: 22 LR, 25-Rounds...Last Chance

Wasn't the last batch supposed to be the last time for these?
Good memory. This is part of that last run. It is a bit of a long story that is not worth getting into.

I will say this: The 10/22 is currently the best (supported) semi-auto platform currently on the Canadian market. The currently produced 597 magazines do not let you use your fancy magazine release if you have one and do not often drop free for a quick mag change.
Keep an eye on our socials and here. We will hopefully have something cool for this summer.

Is it a simple DIY 'mod' for these to work? Is there a video or something online?
If you are handy you could likely do it. We offer the service here to do the work. It is $75+GST. Your other option would be to purchase an SBI, Fletcher or Dlask receiver. These all come precut for the mags.

How are you guys getting these to run well? It's jam city for me in several SBI receivers and a Dlask receiver.

It seems the mag sits too high and the bolt rubs against the feed lips and causes problems.

Maybe I'll try filing the feed lips down?

Abandon the idea of loading the mag while pushing on the tab that compresses the spring. Load it like you would a regular mag, one round at a time without pushing the button deal. That's the way to get these to run. When I do that they work perfect in my 10/22 and both Dlask receivers using KIDD bolts.

Lube the spine, the leaf spring when it is full extended and feed lips, make sure they are clean, second ensure when loading rounds the nose is pointed up. I own these mags and guy at the gun range had exact same issues, was able to resolve using process described above. Also make sure your rifle is lubed lightly.
