Is this an A-bolt II or A-bolt 3 or an X-bolt ?Hello, I am trying to get some type of value on my fathers rifle, he wishes to sell it, I know it is valuable but thats about it, caliber 30/06 with Leopold 2x7 vari x2.

Thanks for the info, it is a A-bolt II the bluing is probably 95% the gloss on the stock is the same there was a small crack in the forearm that was professionally repaired.Is this an A-bolt II or A-bolt 3 or an X-bolt ?

Not sure I can agree. They don't seem to come up for sale that often, then when they do, gone pretty quick.In my experience the Browning A-bolts do not sell particularly well and don't hold value. I think you'd be hard pressed to get much over 1k for it.
I agree. I’m mot sure what the scope is worth, but I’ve bought a few a-bolt 2 over the years and they were fairly inexpensive. I think they’re a really nice rifle for the price, but I wouldn’t pay $1000 for the bare rifle.In my experience the Browning A-bolts do not sell particularly well and don't hold value.
