Browning Abolt 2 - Extractor stuck and not removing spent casings

Had a friend clean up my bolt for me recently. Went to the range yesterday and the extractor "claw" is stuck in a position that it will not remove the fired casings. I can't find a disassembly manual/guide for the bolt anywhere and I'd like to trouble shoot this sooner than later. Casings are easily removed with push rod. Does anyone have a manual for an Abolt bolt disassembly? I have not done this before.

Should have bought a Mauser. Plenty of vids out there for the bolt.
