Gonna go out on a limb here and assume you mean “post an ad in the EE” if I’m wrong then maybe rephrase your question a bit differently, if not read this and it does mention the 45 days but thats not the whole story.

Yes you did. It is be a member for at least 45 days, already have lvl 1 EE access and recieved positive feedback feedback from a seller. To post items for sale.
