Btw, in case someone has doubts about pressures, recoil, etc... it's totally feasible in a short / compact firearm :

If that POS derringer in post #124 can handle 7.62x39 with bad headspace, surely a much better made and larger frame firearm can handle 500 S&W or 45-70.
The 45-70 operates at a lower pressure than 7.62x39, whereas the 500 S&W is 5,000 to 15,000 PSI higher than 7.62x39 (as per Google).
Same as Norinco, Turkish gun manufacturers are numerous and the quality varies a lot. If TI gets them from a reliable source, there should be no quality or safety issues.

It’s the 60cm version. Fits perfect, well made for the price, nice heavy duty zippers and ample padding. I had the patch laying around so threw that on there.

Perfect caliber for one of these would be S&W .460. You'd also be able to use .454, .45 Colt, .45ACP, and even .455 Webley in a pinch....
No plans for 44 unfortunately
Potentially in the future, no ETA. Depends on how well .45 does if they invest into .357. No plans for swappable cylinders
