I had two still have one and both had good enough trigger for me, no creep, clean breaks, maybe around 3 lbs. plenty good for my use.

So true on Context... I am no authoritarian on this subject. Please supply your findings so others may use you information to decide for themselves the best course of action. My findings are this is a grey area, if the road is maintained by the ministry of hwy then the shooting rule is enforced. If its not serviced by the ministry then it isn't. Hunting regulations are grey on these as no shooting area's are defined by MU's and area's of restrictions. I personally on the back roads don't shoot from the vehicle as it is poor sportsmanship, shooting from a shooting stick who cares. Best to know beyond where the shot will land as not knowning this can be dangerious. If your on an unmaintained road I would step off the road and take my shot and if ever asked I could truthfully state that I was not on the road when I took my shot.

Well said XCR, there was a time on a road here in BC that passed through or by several gravel pits.
It became known as Little Iraq and guys would shoot over the road just so they could shoot an extra 10 yards so they could brag about their shooting prowess with their sis’s.
I worked with a few of these clowns and tried to inform in a non confrontational manner only to be rebuked by Junior Union Thugs.
I told them what would happen and eventually Sylvester Rd and many other roads were shut down on either side on said industrial roads for 1/4 mile either side.

Not to hyjack this orginal poster's thread I know of the little Iraq shooting area and yes WILD shooting. New news report of a familly by Davis Lake just before the Little Iraq shooting gallery a family had a brushin from a bullet shot that hit their SUV and landed in a cup holder. Very careless of the shooter for placing his shot without due care and not knowing where that shot will go after it leaves the barrel. The RCMP just recently reminded people shooting off these areas that a 400 meter exclusion zone is a rule on the Forest Service Rd in Mission. So technically shooting from your truck on a FSR Road is illegal.
