It’s Hornady’s 158gr FP-XTP (35780) - my understanding is that it is engineered for optimal performance at carbine velocities. On my list of things to explore this summer is a comparison between the FP and the regular XTP.Another great video. That sounds and looks AMAZING. I think there is only one species of native maple here (Manitoba maple), and it looks to only grow in the south east part of the province. Maybe there is a road trip in my future for prairie hare over Manitoba maple...That big log in the fire was a live red maple tree 30 min before this picture was taken ....
