Chest Holsters

why can't we "rave" about our holsters? I have had a carry permit for about 45 years.
This is SolCan's own section of the forums. The same reason you don't walk into a Ford dealer and yell how much you love your Dodge Ram.
I get asked now and then if our chest holsters can be converted to OWB (over the waistband)..
The "dedicated" chest holsters Cannot be converted to OWB, however our Concealment OWB holsters can be converted to chest carry with our chest harness (works very well but not perfect, pictured below).
In any case a slightly modified version of our concealment OWB holster is now available in a Dual-Use convertible holster solution that will be perfect for both applications OWB & Chest carry.
SolCan "standard" OWB concealment style holster with chest harness, and OWB Loops.

Good idea making it modular and adaptable!
The basket weave kydex looks great and the "hippie" guitar strap looking belt pattern is different.... Nice work!
Have you considered using the next size down in webbing width? Over the shoulder I can see the benefit of a wider strap but around the waist and where it comes in to the holster would look and perform better in my mind. Less bulk, less weight, less interference getting into pockets or working pit zips etc... maybe one quick release buckle instead of 3 and softer material connecting the straps to the holster would be more comfortable and further reduce weight and cost?

yup i can do 1", 1.5", and 2" webbing.
the basket weave holster webbing is a 2" Tubular Webbing, Very comfortable! but thick webbing.
yup i could do away with two of the buckles, and have just the one for putting on and taking off the holster
