Military Arms Channel shows a verboten in Canada AR-10 lower rifle that uses a traditional rotating bolt upper as a precision rifle. Would MRA / Victory Ridge be interested in making a similar upper for the Renegade / Maverick lower?

 
One potential complication is that the MRA uppers are the serialized components, aka the “firearm”.

MRA would likely opt to obtain a new FRN in this case, with all associated wait times, as they would essentially be bringing a new firearm to market.

Didn't realize the upper was the serialized portion, probably a no-go in that case.
