1301 stock/mod recommendations for light shooter

We're soon to send a 1301 to TacOrd for some "BDE" (her words, not mine). As we're not in Ontario to try things out, I was wondering if anyone had hardware recommendations to make her final product a little more comfortable. I was thinking the [tony] TST stock, but Is there something better for people with smaller arm/shoulder/chin distances? Do we know of any pistol-style lights that would survive the range? Would a more traditional Arisaka + o-ring'd 18350 + surefire cap be better? We both like things streamlined and agile (ie lightweight) but it sucks to trade reliability. Has anyone remote mounted an LED head in the space where the blocked end cap would normally sit? I'm okay with electrical and resin, but a lot goes into vibration dampening with electrical and it's cheaper to pay.

So far she wants tube extensions with Toni m-lok handguard, 507c, Aridus handle/release shroud.

Any advise welcome (including shot/cartridges, gripes, etc).
Really looking for her to just enjoy it rather than getting knocked.
Will also travel for good courses, dynamic pref

thank you

Light as in: She's 120lb, 5'6"
Or light as in: 90lbs 5'1"

I have no experience with the Tony stock, but I kind of like the Magpul, easy to adapt to different body-size

Closer to 5’ than higher. Lighter is her choice.
I’ve clearly never had to modify a thing before. I get that no light really survives the range, but hoped there might be more thoughts. As has been said, it’s easy to get into the weeds.

Thank you

Fug me...are you looking for a weapons light recomendation?

In all honesty, the 1301 needs exactly nothing (choke tubes aside). If your missus is petite and recoil sensitive maybe 12 gauge is something she needs to work up to? Even light 12 gauge trap loads have a bit of a thump. Proper stance, cheek weld, having a gun with the proper LOP, etc. etc., help immensely...but it's still a 12 gauge, quite a bit of powder, pushing quite a bit of lead. It'll thump.

Try gauging down (16, 20), and a heavier break action gun. Or even a break action in 12 gauge, but mini shells?

There's no point in talking about a WML if she can't shoot the gun?

I use an Olight Baldr Pro R mounted on a short picatinny rail mounted at the 6 o'clock m lok position on the Mod 2 handguard that has survived.

I really think this is the best option. So far we’ve been running the same setups on other platforms but we should deviate here. It’s obvious but I needed to hear it. I’ll post the gun fs.

My stock usages are a Magpul PRS lite & DT-PR Carbine.

Depending on LOP needs or firearm usage/environment/operator

Flashlight:

Streamlight TLR-9

Ultimate recoil reduction:

Mesa Tactical LEO GEN II Pistol Grip/Buffer Tube adapter with hydraulic buffer tube (adjustable dampening model offers even more recoil reduction) and pair it with an Adaptive Tactical Ex Performance buttstock.
