Buffer Tubes

I am just curious if AR buffer tubes normally come with some sort of lock ring? I did not receive one with mine and I noticed that after putting 20 rounds though the rifle this weekend the tube now freely turns.

If this is not standard when buying buffer tubes does anyone know where I can get one in Canada (preferably Ontario)?

A complete stock kit should come with a castle nut - either wolverine or Armseat should have it. However, if you just buy the buffer tube no it doesn't come with it.
