Hi all.

We have recently made a bunch of different types of shotgun magazine extensions available on our site! These are all made in Canada by S&J Hardware.

We have options for pump guns as well as semi autos. For pump guns, there is no legal limit but for semi auto, this gives you a LEGAL option to add +1 capacity to your semi auto. Below is the list of options that are live on our site currently:

Semi auto shotguns are allowed up to 5 but not 6 rounds of the largest lenght of shell the gun was designed for.
So if your gun is chambered for 3 inch 12ga and you have a magazine that is blocked off to only hold a total of 5.9 rounds of 3 inch they you will likely be able to hold 6 or 7 rounds of 2 3/4 shells.

Pump action has no capacity limit.

No problem. As the other guys have said, as long as your semi is chambered for 3in shells (all of the semis listed above are) then you can increase the capacity of 2 3/4 that it can hold without increasing the capacity of 3in that it can hold. Perfectly legal.

Manual action shotguns (like the pump guns that are supported) have no capacity limit in Canada.

Different shotguns have different lengths supported, so check our product page for your specific supported shotgun extension and it will show what ones are available.

Actually all of the pump action units are available with multiple capacity options except for the Blue Line Pump extension.

For Moss 590, Ben Nova, Rem 870, and even the Win SXP, there are multiple capacity choices up to +2 or +3 depending on the shotgun.

Buttstocks are generally compatible between the 500 and 590, but barrels and magazine tubes (and extensions) are not.

Unfortunately the magazine design is different on the 500 vs the 590. On the 500 the barrel threads directly into the end of the magazine tube which makes adding capacity tricky without changing out the entire tube and barrel. For example you could fit the barrel and mag tube from a "Persuader". But as far as my knowledge goes, the barrel and the whole mag tube assembly would have to be swapped.

I'm doing a totally retarded tactical flex 500
Don't worry it's been a nightmare and long process to find some parts for it being the flex.do you guys sell any magazine extension for the 500 ??? Or parts

We don’t sell an extension for the 500, no sir. I’m not aware of anyone who is even making one, again due to the design constraints I mentioned above. Generally with the 500 you have to change the whole mag tube and barrel to change the capacity. It costs enough that most guys just buy the 500 with the capacity they want. One can never have too many shotguns after all.

If you need a mag spring, follower, optic rail, oversized safety selector, or red dot sight, we’ve got you covered!

Thanks i will have a look like i said it's totally retarded build what about bayonet lugs that was recommended by my American friend 🧡
