Dlask, You will be missed

I will miss Dlask & wish Josef and staff well.

Folks need to look around & read the room. Businesses & ranges are closing, the writing is on the wall for the Shooting Sports in Canada...

100%, I'm mindful of that Jay. I joined a club a little over a year ago and all the gun shops within an hour's radius offer a discount on consumables if you're a member. I visited one of those shops for a bunch consumables yesterday, and left my club ID/lanyard in the car.

Never owned a DLASK anything, interests were/are mostly in other places but hate seeing another Canadian player folding. The closest gun shop to where I live has told me that they won't be able to suffer another legislative hit.

Nop, won't be missed. There guys were a joke. They couldn't even tell me how their "custom" product were superior to stock parts...

There we be yet another hole in the Canadian gun industry. I thank you for the seamless great deals over the years and the delivery of amazing quality parts. Farwell

I talked to Leigh in Chillwack he is taking over and will be up and runnikg by end of the year, no more 10/22 stuff, too many "one offs" to keep up with, sole focus will be on 870 stuff
Thought he had washed his hands of the business to pursue other ventures? I'm intrigued by his assuming control, and will definitely keep an eye on their offerings.

I have nothing but good things to say about Josef and Mila. If you ever had the opportunity to visit their shop, was super interesting. Josef put together a couple of different 10/22 and Rem 870 set-ups for me, did an amazing job. A great guy, will be missed. Happy retirement Josef and Mila!

Lee did some work for me on a rifle build. I was in the store to pick it up and was whining to Joe about how expensive pic rails were. He gave me 2 gratis to shut me up......

Plus 26.5mm parachute flares, still have 9 in my ammo locker.

Thanks Joe!!!!!!

glad I've been able to pick up some things over the past year since I started shooting. Loving my TUF-22 and Dlask/MDT chassis that I recently put together. Best wishes.

I agree there are a lot of factors coming together like our governments stand on firearms, the high cost of everything which reduces monies that can be spent on our sport, lack of interest by a lot of our youth either by being brainwashed by the liberal minded population or just no plain interest in anything not connected to the internet etc. And also gun owners being trashed daily by liberal owned media.
It’s funny in my youth hunting/ firearms for a lot of young males was a right of passage into adulthood and opening day of deer season was a major news item for a lot of communities and not for a negative reason either. It s sad that we have lost a lot and unless something changes it s not ever coming back.I also think in this so called liberal thinking world society has become as a whole smaller and mean thinking not the enlightened caring society the liberals say they are all about
