Where to Find Go-No Go gauges in Canada

N my experience, most Enfield will pass saami nogo, only a small percentage need a field gauge to pass, assuming matching bolts. But yes, technically they only need to pass field.

Forster gauges are readily available and can be ordered direct from the manufacturer.

Three case head separations in a row in a No1 Mk3 . No size markings on the matching bolt. I'm hoping to spend less than the sporterized rifle costs

perhaps its an oversized chamber.

I'll dig out my gauges and for the price of a coffee we can meet up sometime and do a check.

I'm on the range Saturday but shoot me a PM and we can sort something out.

I’ve gotten all my go/no-go gauges from Gary at Bighorn Sales. He’s very knowledgeable, and can help you out if you have any questions.

Sounds good. I'm work in the city but county of parkland for home.

Case head separations often aren’t related to headspace. Often they are about generous chamber diameter.

Reloads exacerbate any chamber diameter issues.

If you're having trouble finding them in Canada, it's pretty easy to order them directly from Forster. As above, I've also ordered some from Pacific Tools.
