Does anyone know whether that grip is going to cut up your hands if you shoot it without gloves? I've had shotguns around that price point that have done this.

What would be really cool is if it used a quick takedown pin you could remove fast and easy when you fold it to make it a 2 piece if you wanted and make it even a smaller package when transporting in like a back pack one part on each side pouch for example
Cool specs tho with gas not inertia and chrome lined barrel, Been looking at the super 90 but it doesn't say if its chrome lined and its inertia so its not been jumping out at me but this with a takedown pin would be super sweet

I’d be interested to know how they perform with different load types and whether weight distribution and balance have a noticeable impact on handling during prolonged use.

I already have the FS Pro version and I need another shotgun like a 'hole in the head', but I just ordered this one as well. I am so impressed with the value and performance of the FS Pro so far, it needs a 'safe mate.'
Thank-you for your business!

Axor FS EliteX showed up at the post office Monday night. Only ordered this past Thursday, so a quick delivery. Stripped it down this morning, cleaned out all the preservative oil and lubed it up properly. I'm a big fan of using a thin layer of synthetic lithium grease on moving parts.
I really like the walnut stock and the laser etched 'checkering' feels good on the hands...traction without any sharp edges.
Looks good with my FS Pro...

I just received mine yesterday, the laser burned 'checkering' provides a good gripping surface with no sharp edges like traditional checkering. I haven’t shot it yet, but not worried about chafing my hands on those at all.

Is there an M-lok slot on the bottom of the foreend at the front in the area where the plastic stock has a short rail?

Some of the more modern design walnut stocks coming out of Turkey are looking pretty nice... this butt stock has similar lines to the FS Pro's plastic stock but they decided to do a more traditional pistol grip shape as opposed to the magpul style they went with on the plastic stock.

When magpul first came out with their SGA line of stocks many people thought they were "ugly".... my first thought was they looked like they were designed with ergonomics being more of a priority then traditional looks and as soon as I got to try one this was confirmed.

Which Grip angle and style do you prefer in the hand ZREXER?

A full on clone of the plastic one in walnut would be my preference, but it's hard to tell without trying them and there is also the fact that wood grain is not as predictable as moulded plastics and the traditional design has more wood between the grip and the butt.

Haven't shot the walnut stocked Elite X as I just got it late yesterday, probably will be next week before I can get a range trip in.
No mlok on the bottom of the forend, just left and right sides of the forend.
They both shoulder nicely. The wood stocked one feels, lighter overall.

One of the nice things with regards to the gas operated system is that it's suitability with various loads. These have no issues running both target and magnum loads :)

I have an FS Elite (no M-LOK) and had it out this weekend for the first time. I put 2 boxes of target load and 8-10 slugs through it without gloves and had no issues. I'm an office guy so my mitts are a little on the silky / soft side too.

I did discover that my gun cycles better with heavier loads (BB & slugs) over the lighter target loads (#8)... it's early in the game but my experience was good - I would am rating it 4.5 / 5 stars.
