Federal has announced 6.5 creedmoor ammo with a Peak alloy case, allowing it to run at 80,000psi pressure and gaining a solid 2-300 fps.

They also say they will release the cases for hand loading. Hopefully we will see these in canada before too long! Exciting! Do you think we will see any other cartridges get “peaked” in the future? Which caliber would you love to see done?
 
Interesting. Using a different case material to increase the allowable pressure in a gun not necessarily built for that pressure?
